Joining the Club
We are always open to new members joining our club. The procedure if you wish to consider joining is as follows:
[Step 1] If you are interested in joining us, please get in touch with the secretary of the club on secretary@btmrs.co.uk
[Step 2] We would make an appointment with you to visit the club to meet a committee member at a specific time arranged for during one of the following;
Wednesday 10am-12pm or 7pm – 10pm; Thursday 7pm – 10pm
This is strictly by appointment as the club door is kept locked at all times and there is no doorbell. The visit includes passing on general information about how the club operates, the types of layouts we have, the joining process, membership fees, code of conduct. You would be introduced to whichever members happen to be there. During this visit, we will provide an application form to complete and return.
[Step 3] Once the application form has been received, you will be provided with a buddy from within the membership for a four-week period to gain access to the club and help with settling in and making decisions on what you might do at the club.
[Step 4] The next monthly Committee Meeting approves membership ; you will receive a formal letter to confirm, a key will issued and arrangements will be made for subscription payments.
